Do you provide trading signals?
No. We explicitly do not run a signals group. Any 'here's what I'm looking at' post in the room is educational commentary from a fellow trader, not a recommendation. You are 100% responsible for your own trades.
I already have an XM account under a different partner — can I still join?
Unfortunately no. XM does not allow clients to change their referring partner after signup. You would need to open a fresh XM account registered under our FXTRD partner code. Your existing account can remain open.
Is there a fee or subscription?
No. The community is free. We earn a rebate from XM each time one of our referred traders places trades, and that rebate funds the community. You do not pay us anything — and XM's spreads and fees are identical whether or not you joined through our code.
Why do you need my XM client ID?
To confirm on the XM partner dashboard that your account is under the FXTRD code. We don't need your password, balance, or personal documents — only the public client number. If you'd rather not share it, choose the 'email a screenshot' option and we'll accept a redacted signup confirmation instead.
Which languages are used in the group?
Primarily English, with some Arabic-language discussion given our audience. You're welcome to post in either. We do not host separate language rooms at this time.
What happens if I stop trading or close my XM account?
You remain in the community. We don't police activity. The only reasons anyone gets removed are violating community rules (shilling signals, pump schemes, abusive behaviour) or requesting removal themselves.
